...and I love this glass. I travel with it, and given a choice I've been known to turn down (gasp!) a bourbon if I didn't have my bourbon glass.
The original set came from a jewelry store somewhere; maybe Texas and I haven't lived there for 15 years. After that, damn if the set didn't show up at TJMaxx at a GREATLY reduced price....halleleuja!
But then I got cute, and introduced it around. It's a lovely glass, y'all. It fits into your hand, all cupped and smooth and snug. It's shiny but not too cut or ornate Everyone I know bought this glass...I sold more of these than the Waterford rep. Did I mention? I do love this glass...my Marquis by Waterford.
Guess who doesn't carry it any more? Said TJMaxx. Gone. Done. Over with. So far, looking online, I haven't found it and I'm sure when I do it will be much more expensive than I'm used to. Pretty sure there are three left here. Three. Three is not good.
In the course of your life? I hope you find A Glass! It doesn't really have to be a glass...it could be a pen or a pair of boots or an amazing throw. But everyone needs a simple pleasure and damn if I don't love my glass.

I don't have a glass, because 99% of the time I will break a glass. But I do have an awesome acrylic cup which I love.
I have a small blue cobalt glass collection which is kept safely away from me inside a cupboard with glass panels. I like to look at it, and I can see it from where I presently sit. :)
